LOUDOUN HOMES
Formed from Fairfax County land mass in 1757, Loudoun County is west of Fairfax County along the Potomac River and inland to Prince William County. Loudoun County was primarily rural with the exception of Leesburg until about 1988 when the Villages of Ashburn was developed and growth has not slowed down since. Loudoun County is a dynamic area with Dulles International Airport located on the Fairfax/Loudoun border in Chantilly, the attraction of the airport, generous tax advantages and progressive road construction, all coming together to bring high tech employment to the area. Homes for these employees has spurred developers to put resources in to development
of this premium location.

Luxury communities in Loudoun County include the In-Town Manor homes in Leesburg, luxury golf communities along the Potomac River including Lansdowne. Historically luxury communities with estate homes and horse farms include luxury homes in Middleburg, Aldie, Leesburg and more recently the community of Lovettsville where luxury
